Ladies first! The twelve portraits selected here were presented as part of an exhibition entitled “Femmes Femmes”, after the title of one of the films by French filmmaker Paul Vecchiali.
The exhibition, held at the Koto Gallery in Kyoto in January 2020, consisted of 50 portraits of women, gathered under 5 categories: women with tattoos, nudes, young mothers, seniors and women in the practice of a social or professional activity.
